The Kia Spectra is an all around family car and can be found at any Missouri used car dealer or Ohio ford dealer. The Kia lacks with is its unsupported seats and the handling is soft, but this car does have pros. It can hold family or cargo more comfortably then the other midsized cars in its class, and the Spectra cost less then most in its class.  Its easy on the wallet, and it is stylish inside and out. The car offers stream line looks with three different types of trim. The Kia spectra also ranks a 7.9 in safety by the U.S. News and 7.4 over all.  The anti lock brakes are opptional and dont come with the standard trim, but they can be added as a extra safety feature if you choose.

Over all this car is efficient and affordable. It is suitable for families of all types and the basic Kia Spectra sells for 14,000 to about 15,000. The Kia Spectra that has more interior features sell for around 17,000. The car is meant for midsized families, but it is not made for younger generations seeking more power and better handling. The car’s two litter engine does not get people excited to drive.  Although this car is great for the wallet with gas mileage as well. It receives 23/30- MPG city and highway with the manual, and the automatic gets 24/32 -MPG city and highway.

This car does score around a 6 for reliability the engine will have some problems, but if it is checked for problems around every 6 months it should be fine. The interior and the exterior of the Spectra will last a long time but the features like the cup holders may not last so long. The 2009 Spectra will be disconnected and a newer model will be released. The newer model will be released with better handling and a more powerful engine.
