Sorento Sales Require 3rd Shift at Factory!

Kia Sorento Sorento Sales Require 3rd Shift at Factory!

You might notice that inventory at your local Washington Kia Dealership is not as supple as it once was, and that is because due to increased demand, Kia dealerships have had a more difficult time keeping adequate supply of current inventory.  Some of the hot ticket items that seem to sell as soon as they arrive at Pittsburgh Kia Dealership are the newly redesigned Sorento, Sportage, and Optima.  All three of these vehicles have gotten great safety ratings and their reliability is one that Richmond Car Repair continues to brag about.

Within the last year, the sales of the Kia Sorento have increased by nearly 400% and in 2010, the Korean auto makers managed to sell 109,000 units within the United States.  The brand has increased their market share to 3.1%, an increase from the prior figure of 2.9%.  Due to this new growth and increased demand, Kia has been forced to bring in a third shift at their West Point, Georgia factory.  They are currently in the process of hiring workers for the plant, and are anticipating that the Sorento will continue to be one of their top sellers among the rest of the Kia line up.

We have been hearing a lot lately that Kia’s reputation has skyrocketed to a level of greatness that many consumers never thought the auto makers would achieve.  Now, the Sportage and Optima return to the market with fresh facelifts and increased interest from a new audience of buyers.  All in all, the demand for Kia vehicles within the United States has gone up by 19%, and that is definitely something worth being proud of.  Not only is the economy becoming stronger, consumers are willing to spend their money on a product they feel confident in.  Along with the Sorento, the Georgia plant also produces the Hyundai Santa Fe.  This means that dealerships should soon have plenty of supply for their dealerships and consumers will have plenty of vehicles to choose from.
