The 2010 Ford Fusion will be reviewed here as the non-hybrid version.  Drivers can expect to get about 22 mpg in the city and slightly less than the Kia, 31 mpg on the highway.  The price of the Fusion is a little more than the Kia as well, with base MSRP of $19,695 and increasing to $28,355.  Something multi-purpose drivers will appreciate is the option for all-wheel drive on a midsize car.  The interior cabin is roomy and comfortable and features the famous Ford Sync technology.

Price and warranty versus bells and whistles is what it ultimately comes down to.  Take a day and go test drive both of them, as well as some of the other competition before making a choice.
