Kia will be testing out hatchbacks in the U.S. market, as many other automakers are also looking to sell more small vehicle models to the U.S. market as demand grows in this sector. Other small vehicles such as the Chevy Cruze can be found at Beavercreek Chevrolet Dealers and other Chevy dealerships throughout the country. Concord Mitsubishi sells small and fuel efficient vehicle models offered by the Japanese automaker. Kia will offer the Forte 5-door model to the United States market, and it is hoping that the market continues to grow as other automakers will certainly be competing in the small vehicle sector.

Also check out Fort Lauderdale Honda for models such as the Honda Fit and the Civic which are very popular small vehicles offered by Honda. The Forte is a popular model by the fifth largest automaker in the world. The new model will be targeted toward younger buyers and those families who prefer small and practical vehicles. The new model will offer the styling of a hatchback and the practicality of a sedan. The hatchback will compete with models produce by Ford, Nissan, and Mazda. There is anticipated to be a backlash toward SUVs by younger consumers, and the younger consumers will end up buying smaller vehicle models, or at least they are expected to.

Kia sells a number of SUV models, and those companies that are still selling SUV models do hope that there is a total backlash against SUV models. However, younger drivers do not want to continue to buy SUVs which have been popular among the older generations. Young drivers are looking for vehicle models that are fuel efficient as well since gas prices are anticipated to climb in the next few years. Kia hopes that their new model will appeal to buyers who are looking for something a little different from the company.
