Bye-Bye Amanti, Hello Cadenza!

Despite the luxury design of the Amanti over at Kia Puyallup, the large sedan was a slow seller that just never became popular like the Korean brand had hoped for. Kia’s reputation is improving with the release of their new and improved Sportage and trendy Soul, so Pittsburgh Kia is planning to roll out the Kia Cadenza, the replacement for the Amanti. Kia also just brought back a newly renovated Kia Optima, and have plans to get their Kia Optima hybrid out on the market as soon as possible. Older versions of the Optima and Amanti can be found at Providence Used Car Dealership for a great price, and the manufacturer’s warranty should still be in effect.
Despite some concerns from Kia executives and market analysts, the Optima and Cadenza are aimed at completely different target markets. The Optima has already arrived on dealership lots and buyers are excited because the Optima was in dire need of a facelift. Those buyers who are out shopping for the Optima are in need of a mid-sized sedan; the Cadenza is longer than the Optima and offers a lot more luxury features.
The Kia Cadenza is planning on coming out sometime in early 2011, but the exact release date has yet to be announced. There had been an original release date of April, but now everything is up in the air. The Cadenza is known as the K-7 and is already for sale in Korea, and is actually longer and wider than the previous Amanti. Plus, no one has complained about the 3.5-liter V6 engine powering the K-7. In order to remain competitive against current rivals like the Toyota Avalon or Buick LaCrosse, the Cadenza needs to bring something fresh to the table. If the recent success of the new Optima is any predictor of things to come, Kia buyers will fall in love with the new Kia Cadenza.
