The Telegraph, a newspaper from the United Kingdom, has given the Kia Sportage a more positive review than other reviewers.  Ford Chicago vehicle models have had a number of positive reviews over the past year, but the new Sportage was not receiving much love from a blogger who had few dislikes of the latest Sportage.  The review highlights the benefits and the latest feature updates from the next-generation Sportage.  There are a number of great SUV crossover vehicles on the market, but the Sportage stands out for being a very safe crossover vehicle and for being one of the least expensive vehicles to insure as a result of its excellent safety ratings.  VW Dealers also sell a number of safe vehicles that rate highly on various safety studies.

Mazda also makes some excellent safe vehicles like the Mazda 6 which can be serviced at a Bradenton Mazda Service.  The Sportage ranked in the 2009 Consumer Reports most reliable vehicles survey.  It was also ranked number 2 among 20 vehicles which were “the least expensive vehicles to insure.”  The second generation Kia Sportage had five stars in crash tests performed  by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.  The Sportage had great side and front impact crash ratings, but the strength of the roof in the case of a rollover was considered to be poor.

The latest Kia Sportage is the third-generation of the vehicle model.  It features 18-inch wheels standard on the model.  The First Edition model which is the only model available when the model launches will feature heated seats, voice recognition, a rear parking camera, and full leather trim.  It also has a diesel engine option for the European version of the vehicle.  The vehicle goes from 0-62 mph in 10.9 seconds which is impressive and the top speed of the crossover is 112 mph.  The turbodiesel model gets 47.1 mpg, which is quite a bit higher than most American gasoline powered crossover vehicles.
